Since the house never made it to the market there aren't any pictures online. The address is 112 Washington Ave in Havertown, PA.  This first real post here will be to show off some pics we took while we surveyed to get existing condition drawings together.  We obviously haven't closed on the house yet so it still has lots of the previous homeowner's stuff inside.  We can't wait to keep taking pictures to totally show the transformation.

Introduction

As some of you know Jen and I have been searching for a house since May. We saw a great house Thursday August 1st and loved it.  So we put in a offer and came to an agreement on August 6th. We signed our official agreement of sale on August 7th. Yeah!!!!!  
The house is great but definitely needs some work to update the infrastructure as well as some spaces and finishes.  This site is to provide pics and updates on our progress.
